Huzzah!

I lost five pounds, barely even trying!  I just meant to cut down on gaining weight, by means of
1.  eating Lean Cuisines in place of my own cooking, which even with extra Parmesan cheese or crackers is a big improvement in my portion control
2.  regular daily walks of 2-4 miles (I'm not sure)
3.  cutting out wine and watching drinks from a purely caloric standpoint (rum and diet Coke represent)
4.  forgetting to snack.  I'm not sure how I did this, and I don't always do it, but remaining anxiously focused on something during the key snack hours of 3-5 definitely helps.

I'm smiling more, and I've "gained" a windbreaker that I was fond of, which just last month wouldn't zip up on me.  Yesterday I ate two huge meals, but today I'm going to get out there and not eat like nobody's business!
